Delivery
We provide daily mail runs for our clients in Ada County, and Canyon County. Covered with our E&O Insurance, we also provide daily bank deposits. Need discovery delivered to the county clerk, or another law firm, prior to trial? Give us a call, we can help!

Mobile Notary
We charge $5.00 per notarized signature, and travel fees, which are location dependent. Travel Fees typically range from $20.00 - $60.00. A quote will be provided upon confirmation and agreement.

1. We will make 5 attempts during the workweek and on weekends at different times, ranging from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, to successfully complete the service. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, we will strategize with the client on new ways to complete the service. Once we have explored every avenue, we will provide the client with a notarized affidavit of service.

A notarized affidavit of service will be provided to the client at no additional cost upon successful completion of the service via email. If the service is not completed, the server will verify that the defendant does not reside at the provided address, or that 5 attempts to serve the defendant have been made without further guidance from the client.
